Instructions:
In a normal stance, jump and throw the ball to your partner who is standing 10 yards away.  In a single movement, leave you feet and rotate you hips to generate power and throw the ball. Focus on pushing off your back foot and using your hips to throw the ball
Sets/Reps: 20 throws

Pinky Off-Warm Up

Name: Pinky-Off Warm-up

Instructions:
Grip the ball without using the pinky of your throwing hand.  Throw the ball to your partner who is standing 10 yards away. Focus on keeping your hand on top of the ball and spinning it down, because the ball will be tougher to control.
